Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@jangirmaddadi.se with your order details.

The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we will replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
